If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact our customer service at sales@fulltimesports.com. This is where you will be notified or informed of the refund or exchange procedure. Note that you can request a refund or exchange within 18 days of the date of purchase.
Please keep the items in their original condition, with the branded box, the MRP labels attached, the warranty cards and the original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging to ensure a successful refund / exchange.
We may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product before we issue the refund / replacement.
FULLTIMESPORTS is not responsible for the cost of the unwanted or returned products or for the risk involved. The approval process can take up to 10 days from the date the products are received.
